Ben Affleck gets worked up defending Islam on Bill Maher's show

Well yes and no we have to be careful before denying Hadees we may think its going against Quran but it may not and without Hadees we can't follow most orders off Quran because Quran just give orders Ahadees has the detail off method mostly @Indos

Yes, but we have to understand the difference importance of both, even Quran should also be interpreted by using context. Ordinary person usually just see a hadith but don't understand the context (history behind it), and they don't know much hadith as well. Even in one hadith Shahih our prophet had told us that we should not write any Hadith, and as far as I know this statement is diluted by the other hadith, and particularly by Quran verses that told us to follow our prophet

Our prophet seems to be afraid that in the future his hadith will be interpreted in a wrong way and become the first consideration, not Quran any more.

His mother was a Jewish and so he must be s Jew bigot, never mind the fact that he was raised as a catholic. That is just your pent up bigotry against Jews speaking.

Your ignorance of Jewish laws is for you to correct.
I am not responsible for educating you.

Here is what else I believe...Only a Stormfront goon would believe a person is a Jew no matter how remote his/her blood or marital relationship to Jewry.

The fact that you ignored Maher's Catholic upbringing, Maher's ignorance of his Jewish half ancestry, and that you strained at Jewish religious laws to cement him as a Jew in your mind means you would make an excellent Taliban, the kind of Muslim who would advocate killing of apostates.

The only one straining here is YOU because you jumped into a debate without knowing Jewish laws and customs. Now you are jumping all over the place to try and salvage yourself.

It doesn't matter what a person SAYS, what matters is how they BEHAVE. Maher's Catholic upbringing in no way negates the fact that he has a bias in favor of Jewish fanatics. He is intellectually dishonest, since he does not apply the same standards to religious fanaticism by Jews.

No education needed. I am well aware of it. But I know you are mad as your own bigotry got exposed.

I have French ancestry on my father's side and Indian ancestry on my mother's side. Am sure there must be a Jew somewhere up the chain. Guess that despite over one hundred yrs of separation, if there is a Jew somewhere, that would make me a Jew according to the Muslims and the Stormfront goons.

If there is a direct, unbroken, maternal linkage to a Jewish woman, then Orthodox Jews would consider you to be Jewish.

It doesn't matter what anybody else says or believes.

That's the standard deflective tactic, to claim you are atheist.

Bill Maher may be an atheist, but his mother is Jewish and he is a hardcore Zionist.

If you don't believe me, watch his movie Religulous. He trashes Christian and Muslim extremists but, when it comes time to criticize Jewish extremists, he chose to bash ultra-Orthodox Jews who oppose Israel. He completely ignored the Jewish fanatics who use religion as a tool to justify Israel.

He is a Jewish bigot. No doubt about it.
Well, do you condemn Hamas and hebollah? I have seen Religious, Supporting Israel is not being a bigot....

I condemn anyone who engages in terrorism.

I have seen Religious, Supporting Israel is not being a bigot....

The issue is not about supporting Israel; it's about holding Jewish fanatics to the same standards as other religious fanatics.

Maher rails against fundamentalists who claim religious justification for their actions. He bashes Christian and Muslim fundamentalists on that score. Jewish fundamentalists claim a divine right to that land, including the right to expel non-Jews.
If Maher was intellectually honest, he would have highlighted that in his movie Religulous.
Instead, in the movie, he chose to bash the ridiculously smaller group of religious Jews who oppose Israel. He mostly gave a pass to the far larger group of Jewish fanatics who use religion as justification for Israel's actions.

It depends on perspective. From your description, you're referring to the Halakhic perspective, which is the traditional rabbinical view that is espoused in Ultra Orthodox, Orthodox and Conservative Judaism. In the Halakhic perspective, those who are born to a Jewish mother, the child will be considered also Jewish and heir to the Mitzvot that G-d passed down from Moses.

However, in the Karaite perspective, one's Jewishness is not based simply on matrilineal descent, but based on one's own spiritual understanding, acceptance and living said faith. This perspective endorses that those who do not live and study the Tanakh, those who do not adhere to the Mitzvot (the Mosaic Law), meaning those who do not keep kosher, those who do not keep sabbath, those who do not observe the laws, cannot claim to be Jewish.

Let me ask again specifically, do "you" condemn Hezbollah and Hamas... ?

You are now mixing political and religious issues... Israel was formed by the governing colonial power, just like your country, without the consideration of the majority opinion. Bill Maher's documentary was specifically to expose religious ridiculousness and he did a great job in doing so.

Bill Maher and Sam Haris are hateful creatures. Enough said.

@Developereo , in the Halakhic perspective, Mayer is Jewish by blood through the mother. However, if he does not ascribe to Tanakh, if he cannot read Hebrew, if he cannot usher Modeh Ani or recite the Chabads, then how can he claim to be Jewish, part of the House of Israel? In all purposes, Maher is Roman Catholic, meaning that he adheres to the Christian salvific message. Afterall, the first 12 apostles are technically Jewish, but doctrinally they are Christian.

Mayer, in my opinion, is a politically insensitive man. Remember that just because he identifies himself to being Roman Catholic does not necessarily mean he lives and abides by all the teachings, or exudes the theological and moral virtues that are taught by the Catholic Church.

If that were the case, then American democrats such as Nancy Pelosi, who is catholic by the way, would have never supported Gay marriage, or Abortion rights, which are two issues that the Catholic Church is against.

He has already answered your stupid and pointless question. Israel's religiously inspired savage ideology is worse than all others put together.

I already answered your question in plain English.
If you have trouble reading plain English, I urge you to buy a dictionary.

Again, you have difficulty reading simple, plain English.
We all know you will not read what is written in plain, simple, straight-forward English sentences.

Jewish fanatics use religion to justify their claim on that land.
Religulous was purportedly made to show religious fanaticism.
Bill Maher failed to hold the pro-Israel Jewish fanatics to the same standard that he applied to others.

It really is a sad commentary on you in particular and on the Muslims in general that your lives are so obsessed with the Jews. Day in and day out. Sun up to sun down. Jews or suspected Jews must be assumed to be everywhere, controlling everything and everyone. It is not enough that a person publicly deny his relationship to Jewry, no matter how specious such tie may be, a Muslim MUST search high and low to find some ways to associate that person with world Jewry.
