as usual stupid cherry picking ignoring state loans
That's the national debt not external debt , national debt includes external & central/state debts from banks .

Again India's external debt is 45% pak's is 62%

National debt is can be reversed over time & has little impact on the economy if you have reserves. India has 69% national debt , big deal china had 230% national debt.

.
Again India's external debt is 45% pak's is 62%

...not exactly, Pakistan external debt is now around 85 billion USD, lower than India's in per capita, India's is around 480 billion USD of external debt.

India’s external debt rises to $485.8 billion at June-end
India’s external debt was placed at $485.8 billion at the end of June, recording an increase of 3% over its level at end-March 2017, RBI data showed

. .
You are using data that's more than a decade old
That data is not from 1,000 years old. This is contemperory India - open pooping India. As can be seen from there Pakistan was well ahead of your "mega mega country". And if you have moved on so has Pakistan.

The only thing India is doing better than Pakistan is the economy. The Indian economy is the sixth largest economy due to having 1.2 billion people. lol

Otherwise when it comes to rich people to poor people gap Pakistan is doing much better than India.

Why compare with India? Why keep the standards so low? We should compare ourselves with Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, Malaysia, Iran, and Turkey.

.
This 67.2% for Pakistan includes external and internal debt, what you quoted is just India's external debt.

India total debt internal and external is about 69% of it's GDP, slightly higher than Pakistan at 67.2% of GDP as you quoted.

Check 2014 figure now obviously more in 2017-18

This doesn't include the bad bank loan problem. They can add another $150 Billion to that problem.

... I'm no banker , but every time Google I think the numbers cooked with something else or I'm qouting the wrong data

What i do understand is if India's debt is basic math

480billion is not 40% of 2.6 trillion(indian gdp)

480/2.4+ t (2017) is 19-20% of gdp

India’s external debt rises to $485.8 billion at June-end
The percentage or the per capita matter less and what matters is the ability to repay.
Our forex reserves are 85% (approx) of our external debt. And it's not some 400+% percentage. And we are not issuing bonds to service our debts or to stay afloat.

That's why you can compare the ratings given by Fitch which shows the ability to repay. And India gets a BBB- stable while your country gets a B- with a negative outlook.

So you want to cheery pick old day vs new lol

Stupid Indians tend to forget that they have a higher poverty rate and number of people living in poverty than Pakistan does.
Average Indians make 500$ more than average Pakistani ,Average indian lifespan is 69yrs , Pakistan is 66 . Pakistan has the highest infant mortality rate in south asia

Indian lifespan is 68.35 years not 69.
Pakistani lifespan is 66.38 years.

You are only marginally better than us in lifespan.

In GDP per capita and Infant mortality rate I will concede you are doing better than us.

BUT... India has more poor in percentage than Pakistan does. This is something that you cannot deny.
And that trumps all other statistics that Pakistan may be doing worse than India is doing. ;)
