Yes both countries are doing good.
BD is and will probably grow faster than the IMF predicts over the next 5 years.
Africa also has finally made a break with the past and is growing very well and it is nice to see a lot of countries like Kenya and Rwanda doing well economically.
Rwanda led by that mass murdering Tutsi supremacist Kagame is mainly the city Kigali, filled with shiny new buildings like the Kigali Convention Centre which hosted the FIBA final at its recent inauguration:
Anyone in the know will tell you this is where the Tutsis live drinking in their Central African Singapore koolaid (you should hear them talk!). The Hutus pushed out of the city survive in Haiti like deprivation in the rural areas.
In fact they're fleeing for living wages to-Uganda!
"Large numbers of Rwandans are crossing into Uganda as illegal immigrants and settling in forest reserves. These poverty-stricken Rwandans in their thousands are illegally moving to Uganda in search of a livelihood of any kind.
Rwanda has been labelled as one of Africa's progressive economies, enjoying the benefits of a fast-rising economy. While Rwanda has made enormous strides by extricating itself from the mess of the 1994 genocide, there are still deep problems which the country needs to address"

Why? As usual the malnourished mofo defaults to threats: "There is no border you can cross and get better services than what we can provide here, whether it is healthcare or education. We shouldn’t be crossing borders for any reason," Kagame said. He pledged that his government would "do whatever it takes to ensure that the reasons people cross borders are removed." He said, "We will ensure that whatever services they are looking for can be obtained locally."
Also, for a small organised country their electrical connection is low at 50% while we're closing 80% and will have universal by 2022 latest.
Rwanda is all fake!
