Bangladesh is not a big country so it does not need a lot of tank and no need of producing and making it and Also T90 and MBT 2000 is different tank
but both tank are good tanks

Maintenance and upgrading of tanks are very costly, and maintenance is a daily affair. So, even if the country cannot produce a full tank, it must have the modern facilities to do maintenance and upgrading. BA already has these facilities where it has upgraded its T-59 tanks.

BA is expecting arrival of the MBT-2000s any day. With that this tank of BA will be the very best in SA at the moment.

Its got the kits from china.. though HIT offered the same stuff... the deal didnt go through because of the pro india govt og bangladesh.

BA has tank workshop back-up for an Armored Div plus a mechanized brigade with each Infantry Div. In this we are working very closely with the Chinese who obviously have a stake in developing our offensive capability integrated with our generally defensive doctrine.
