For two decades means after Zia-Ul-Haq's regime. Pakistan was much better than today's Pakistan before that.(Mind it not comparing you with India) And we know your aces, about cricket - a sincere & regular loosing side in WC matches, about military 1965 & 1971 are best examples.

The same logic is applied here-
We a war torn country- no body comes here to play cricket-

Its really sad to see so many of us agreeing to such politically motivated circus of Shiv Sena. We need to keep things in perspective and realize that things can not be black or white always.
