Mushfiqs first 30 games average was less than 22 but last few years it has been over 40. This guy has 3 ODI centuries already.

Tamim had a worse average for quite a while, yet he stayed there.

Also, I think Annamul deserves a chance, he should have been given that against the 3rd ODI vs India. Tamim should have been benched.
