just because he stated his intent does not mean that it will come through. i have learned that karma and the law of unintended consequences is a bitch. The fact remains that no one could have predicted the tensions that USA and Russia has right now. The fact remains that no one can predict the height of the tensions in the months to come onward.

If this turns out to be true then Russia will be looser as its not in the position to wage a long drawn battle in present economic situation with inflation in double digit in Russia
