Barcelona to ban Islamic veils in some public spaces

In my personal opinion we should give limited freedom to our ladies.
Freedom to education, freedom to work, freedom to vote, equal rights in a family. They deserve a lot more respect than men, but we can not allow them to dance semi naked in Bars or all those other vices.
These prohibitions are certainly not DARK AGES OF MEDIEVAL WORLD.

Instead why don't you teach them at a young age to be what 'is right' rather than enforce something because of a whim? Teach them and leave them loose; if they adhere to the principles that you taught them with reason and logic, then you are a good teacher.

The recent bans are not because of what some paranoid members think as religious hatred but because it is of a grave security concern. If this was a religious bias, the first criteria to enter any European country by muslim immigrants since the beginning would have been not to wear this.
