its not considered Indian forest. Its much cheaper to go on Indian side, bd side is expensive, not sure why.Sunderbans is considered Indian forest even though 60% is in Bangladesh. We only have Cox's Bazar sea beach. Sylhet and Chittagong hilly areas are tourist attractions but these are not popular destinations. Only Cox's Bazar is popular.
I agree they can develop hilly areas for foreign tourists..
