Women can change their faces/bodies so easily with makeup/hair/clothes given a bit of 'competition'. Take Tanushree Dutta for example. This is her before she got famous.

Even if there's a bit of touch-up surgery, I like Tanushree. Before she got famous and after.
I like her with her slightly puffy face and nice lips.

Other than Porimoni, she has a quintessentially ideal Bengali face IMHO.
Personally, I don't really care one way or the other about some woman's God given looks - rather I care about how she 'maintains' her figure and face (and I don't mean makeup).
All woman are equal to me - whether they come from the Congo or Mongolia....
