I would also like to add that money is one of the parameters that creates capability.... on the other hand, intention is another thing that makes a country powerful.... e.g. think about Brazil and South Africa.... compared to the size of their economy, they hardly have any global influence....

Bangladesh's outlook in the Indian Ocean today is more than what its size or economy would display.... you have to look at the intellectual capability, which is being shown in global geopolitics.... plz keep watch on the coming days for more "surprises" (which may be "shock" for some )....

It is not declassified yet. All I can tell you is that FD2000 SAM hit 10 out of 10 targets in Turkey when they set in strong electromagnetic interference.
