Define 'dignity'.

Farhaan is right about the Awami League. Albeit a colorful metaphor :P It's not only the relations with India that's a issue.

And there's no reason for an Indo-Bangla war now or in the future (funny since he never said about going to war with India).

The one thing that Bangladeshis are learning is that the country cannot rely everything on India alone. And if they try to be more self-sufficient and reduce their reliance on India, would that justify an Indian war on Bangladesh? That would be interesting, be it military or covert.

If you were a bit more informed about Bangladeshi matters, you wouldn't have said the bold part. And sadly, so is Indian policy.

Do whatever you want, we Indian only want terrorist should not give safe heaven in BD, illegal immigration should be stopped.

Anyway, can you tell me what Bangladeshis think of Khaleda Zia.

When Sheikh Mujibur Rahman was in power during 1972-1975, New Delhi's policymakers very shrewdly took the written consent from Mujib in "testing the effectiveness" of the Farakka barrage, completely on a temporary basis for just 40 days. As anticipated by the political pundits and experts in Bangladesh, such "testing" of the Farakka barrage never ended and India continues to cause extreme sufferings to the people of Bangladesh as well as Poshchim Bangla, due to this demonic barrage. Bangladeshi rivers in particular are facing threats of getting dried, as a large number of rivers have already lost the minimum water level required for navigation. Farakka is the name of sorrow for millions of people in Bangladesh as well as in Poshchim Bangla. Many consider Farakka Barrage as New Delhi's heinous venture to punish the Bangla speaking millions as well as indigenous community both within Bangladesh and Poshchim Bangla.

What the hell is he talking about? Farakka is absolutely necessary to keep the Calcutta port alive.

India now has the confidence to move ahead with the dam which it didn't have before.

These Bangladeshis seems to give too much self importance to themselves. Taking NE from India. hehe.
