Strangely enough though, Indians don't really mind when their women rent out their wombs to foreign couples for money.

The couple must provide a certificate of infertility from a District Medical Board confirming that they are unable to conceive. The Magistrate Court must also pass an order regarding custody of the child. Lol, and how you gonna prove there was no commercial transaction?

This act will rather hit those poor women more. Earlier they had to put the amount in the contract, now there will be no written obligation. This is what your chaiwala pm is turning all your industries into - pro-foreigner, pro-rich while average Indians become poorer and jobless.
