Missiles usually have an even lower chance of being hit because of their lower RCS and higher speed. But you are right.
A Su-30MKI should be able to carry 2x short-range air-to-air missile along with about 4x anti-radar missiles. In an attack at a base protected by a respectable number of FM-90s, you'll need quite a few Su-30MKIs dedicated for SEAD missions with a payload similar with the one that I mention above to destroy someone's air defence. And possibly an air escort of other Su-30MKIs with a fighter role if there's a chance of meeting air resistance.

Mr SAM are not much effective against fighter jets as well as missiled you need to have a Air Force 250+ Fighter Jets off really modern Fighters

Also a MiG-29S has the N019M radar. It has a range of 80km and allows two targets to be engaged by active radar homing missiles simultaneously. The MiG-29SMT upgrade includes the Zhuk-ME radar with a detection range of 120 km and a tracking range of 100km that allows for 10 targets to be tracked and up to 4 to be attacked at once in air to air mode.

And that's among other upgrades as well.
