Buying BM is not neglectable news and can pose significant threat to neighbouring. If BD is really buying BM from Russia, other media especially Russian media will cover this news.

Well that's what I was saying. US is monitoring every Russian sales and sanctioning them. But that article to be fair just seems to be discussing the possibility of sales. No actual sales are made.

Even if BD is developing one, there are some items a new country buys outside. Who is developing? Which org inside BD? Like the navigational system, specialised fuel etc which are again tracked. I think it took India around 15-20 years to deploy our own navigational systems on our missiles. It's a threat to Myanmar I agree. But it's a question of Ifs and Buts as of now.

Following on the previous request about naval vessels built in Bangladesh,

BNS Durgam is the anti-submarine warfare (ASW) variant of Durjoy-class semi-stealth large patrol craft (LPC) of the Bangladesh Navy built at KSY Bangladesh. She is serving in the Bangladesh Navy since 2017. She's seen here during weapons and sensors fit-out before commissioning, but after launch.
