this was a simple question. from an independent & factual point of view .was he right to question the official claim due to lack of evidence?
looking at number rape & murder claims blamed on 90 thousand Pakistani POWs .. it seems inconcievable that those who could rape and kill 33 to 66 Bangladeshis per soldier would then suddenly surrender to Indian army? if 20 thousand combat soldiers (for every combat soldier there is a percentage of twice or more support personnel) committed this atrocity then it takes the personal count even higher 150 rapes per soldier and equal or more number of Bangladeshi's killed. such an achievement would even impress the Romans and Greeks
