Yeah two decades of growth have made us a large economy. Though per capita is still low but We can easily spend more than 2/3rd nations. Though we do not get
free military aid from Super powers, I am sure soon we will overtake most of non oil producing Muslim Countries and will be in the same league of Indonesia , Algeria in terms of Military capability.
As Bengalis are the largest Muslim ethnicity who are democratic, recognition from Bangladesh would solve a lot of Israel's Muslim problem. Fortunately or Unfortunately we believe in the pre 1967 Border , and anything else won't be recognized. It is a taboo to talk about Israeli recognition.
Also It is a matter of great pride for us that Bengali Pilot Saiful Azam had the most number of Israeli fighters kill. We respect Israeli fighting capability and Jews for their astonishing turn around from being at the receiving end but Hate Zionism as it is generally considered a pawn to police the Ummah.

As far As I know These weapons were bought from the black market from a 3rd party, Maybe with Israel's approval. Who knows.

It is in Israel's interest to come into an agreement. They can keep the de facto control for many years but They can't predict the future. Arabs are in mess . But It will end one day and America won't be able to bully the world forever. So the sooner they are recognized by their neighbors the better.
