total population of bangla desh was 164.7 million in 2017 including infants babies toddlers, old people beggars unemployed employed. but they have 162.58 million unique mobile phone subscribers. what occurred between 2017 and now that caused this weirdness?

Because many users use multiple sim which contributed this huge mobile subscriber number.
