By the information you gave above, people from Malaysia and Thailand should cross the shark-infested Indian Ocean to the shore of scorching BD, the great homeland of @Black_cats, to get employment in the industries we have built. I wonder, why this simple thing is not happening and why rather people from BD go abroad by risking their lives?

8 percentage growth in GDP? resulting in drove of economy refugee? Something is missing here, why they bother using ilegal and risky means even going to Thailand and Malaysia which the economy growth only four to five percentage. And the number is large too

For an entry level position in a bank we have to go through 3 stages of examination. For a govt job the number of stages that a potential candidate has to get past increases exponentially.

For example, this year for 300/400 vacant positions in 6/7 non private banks almost 400 thousand candidates sat for the exams. This year for BCS ( a competitive examination for recruiting employees in govt jobs) almost 1.5 million candidets participated.

Just like India one of our main problem is population problem. Look at how many post graduates or even PhD degree holders applied for a position of office peon in India. Have some common sense.

Easy solution - hang some more pro-Pak old BD folks.....

Pro-Pak BD folks are big in number. They mainly represent BNP, Khaleda Zia's party. They love Pakistan from heart. Its only Awami League supporters who hate Pakistan and Pakistanis to core and treat pro-Pak Bangladeshis as razakars (collaborators of Pakistan). They also are big in number. 45 (anti-Pak) : 55 (pro-Pak).

Education system is the main culprit of unemployment in Bangladesh. The school & college education (SSC & HSC) from Bangladesh is not accepted abroad. Bangladeshis has to do additional course in order to admit abroad because local education system does not comply with international standard.

Who is Pro Pak and who isn't is the least of the worries, our country severely lacks in certain aspects. Like one person said our education system doesn't serve the economic needs of the nation. Usually my people do not waste time with education and opportunities, many are fleeing like birds to places like Oz etc.
