Here is the current situation , as you can see Siachen is a small tinny ittcy bitcy portion , we can just cut off siachen from all side in matter of 2-3 days , with out supplies the soliders will just freeze to pop sickle

The last time something close to this was tried by Mush in 99, the Pak PM was in US uninvited on 4th July .

What are these arrows for ? To satisfy oneself ?

If anything remotely close to this were possible it would been tried by the self promoted Field Marshal & the Generals that followed.

Its not as simple. Had what you propose been the case, us Pakistanis would have taken over the whole glacier or the Indians would have done the same.

Both are stuck and have no illusions about overcoming each other militarily on the glacier because the reality is that they cannot.

Since both claim it, it matters very little who Indians get to take to the glacier. Like all other Pakistan-India issues, the world is hesitant to get involved in our bickering regardless of any such visits.

and why should they...Its only freaks like us who can fought for a glacier that has no strategic importance...Its only damn fools like us who can convert a waste land into worlds costliest battle ground and feel proud of it...A terrain where our troops are dying more because of weather than the enemy...Bloody hell its nothing but stupid ego of our respective armies...Ironically a place where India-Pak should be earning some foreign exchange from tourism is shedding blood of some of their finest officers....I hope one day they can sign an accord that Siachen belongs to both and will NEVER see presence of Army apart from rescue operations for trekkers that got stranded there...

Last attempt to capture the glacier by SSG troops under the command of Pervez Musharraf was beaten off by regular Indian troops in 1987. Naib Subedar Bana Singhs platoon captured a Pakistani post (Quaid post) which was renamed in his honour as Bana Post. No further attempts since!!

So, dream on!!!
