1.Don't be upset by Indian bully/bragging. How many in inventory is quite different from how few can take the field. Their maintenance record is awful. Often we hear IA Chiefs complaining that IA is Not Fit For War. Ammo shortage. Spare shortage.And all sorts of issues.And Pakistan and China will not be sucking thumbs.

2. No need to loose temper on these loud mouth banyas. They will never dare to attack us. The result will see the new-found Hindu kingdom destroyed. But these sly followers of Katulya/Chanokya has chosen the path best suited to their character/temperament. Attacking us from the back/inside in cowardly manner, eg, Peelkhana killings. Bangladesh have 644 old + new 44 main battle tank. Also have 140+light tank. Will these tanks mean anything to you?

Actually there is some possibility of a direct BD involvement against India if and only if India is heavily engaged with both China and Pakistan. In such a situation Bangladeshi infantry forces will strike from Rangpur to cut the Doars corridoor. The armour can veer to the right along the Assam plains, after which they will probably be stalled (no more tank country). The expectation would be to destroy India's Eastern Command's supply route and hit its rear, thus making way for a Chinese breakthrough.

But then India has to do a couple of things - open the barrages/dams and the entire line of supply of the BD spearheads will be drowned in a few hours. This will most likely allow the Indians to gain time and restore the link with the mainland. After that it will be more than likely that the rest of BD will fall in short time, (considering their heavy losses). BD can't win a battle of attrition. This only requires India to have enough stockpile in the East.

So either way BD is screwed if it takes action on its own anytime. It will make things difficult, true, for the Indians. But they will be neutralized in the end.
