Russia think itslef as a Bandit Bear who can do anything to anybody BUT every country has responsibility about everything what it did. So they have to learn World Rules and respect each others.

Someone should tell Russian they are no more super power but a country with poor economy and any new war with proper armed forces Like Turkey will lead them to bankrupt. They are just pompous and bully must be dealt with harsh reply.
