Self extraction is a big challenge in terms of finance and experties as hinted by Save-Ghenda. Handling and processing the extracted into a merchantable form is even more costly and requires specialized works and heads. I fear Pakistan does not have both.

better to sell at 25% than not to use it at all
they have been there for million of years
