Has the Balochistan cabinet been formed?

The cabinet has been sworn in but portfolios are still undecided. Thats why Dr Abdul Malik himself presented the fiscal budget of 2013

so there is no Balochistan cabinet as of yet, it appears there is tussle on portfolios... pretty shame its been 2 months !
