Unrealistic, no country became rich on the back of minerals. See african countries with many times more mineral resources then Pakistan.
You think that's all they are doing? Asking people to mine and sell their minerals? Its the industry, the jobs (from miner to engineering, new cities that will be formed, real estate boom due to this work, more doctors, schools, universities, airports, shopping, businesses, police, etc), that will be needed across Baluchistan. which is the largest in size. So really, you are building about 40% of the Pakistan as new development. Imagine creating overall 30 million jobs at all level (from a daily worker to Doctors, Engineers, Businessmen, etc).
Pakistan within the next 15 years, will have achieved a look and feel of something better than Dubai in terms of Baluchistan. On the other side, Punjab is already expanded her growth to build a multi-industrial complex and if Karachi can be straightened out and redeveloped and managed properly, Pakistan will soon be around the top 15th economy on the globe. Over 25-30 years, it would be within the top 12 (around or below Australia). In the next 10 years or so, Pakistan will produce a new generation of multi-millionaires who will go back and reinvest their money in new ideas and the growth will continue. In the Islamic world, Turkey and Pakistan will grow the mot, than followed by the KSA if you minus KSA's oil based growth (Pakistan more than Turkey over the long run as she has a lot more people). There is no doubt about it. So please try to understand the entire context of a topic before you just spew out negativity and hate. Some quality in posts from people from India would be nice.
