Frankly, you have lost the opportunity to do so in 1950s. Had you withdrawn the army in Azad Kashmir, it would have been settled then and there. Now demographics of Kashmir on both the sides of LoC have changed. Kashmiri Pandits have been forced out of Indian side of Kashmir and Non-Kashmiris have been settled in Pakistani side of Kashmir. That resolution in UNSC, Resolution 48, is dead as a door knobe.

Butt india is shinning and even the martians want to becoome part of india why would kashmiris not vote to stay in india! Or india is not shinning i am confused now! Please butt hurt indians clear my confusion!

As per the latest published data, there are 6.7+ million undocumented Mexicans in USA. Compared to that there are around 260,000 undocumented Indians in USA. Whats more, it is in similar range as that of China - 210,000. With all the economic development in China, there are only 50,000 less compared to India. Even more fun, Philippines, much small compared to us, has more illegal immigrants @ 310,000.

Yup economy isnt same it has quadrupled, with highest reserves ever. Pak unilaterally stopped material support to kashmiri freedom fighters under musharraf...this is an indigenous kashmiri movement. On One on hand you call kashmiris as your own, on the other you talk about them in a despicable way when they demand their rights, you kill their women rape them , you kill their children. This is pathetic. You claim kashmir isnt a dispute yet you call GB and Azad Kashmir Azad Kashmir or disputed territory...this is the height of hypocrisy on your part !!!

Welcome to the world affairs. Interests are more important than ideologies. Kashmiris who are well integrated into Indian society are reaping the benefits in terms of reservation in government jobs, not paying any sales tax, reservation in the Indian institutions of higher education. Those who demand aazadi were never our citizens to begin with. They are fair game.
