continued development and Ababeel MiRV, cruise and SLCMs, induction of our subs and more nuclear warheads

Agreed, Also we need stealth aircraft with long radar , so that we destroy SAM units , Stealth fighter is need of hour, and that too with long range missiles.
One can’t ignore mobility factor of S400, they can mobilize in 10 minutes.
Yes even with this tiny budget we have deadly weapons , we can make enough damage to enemy, and He is not far away just on our next door.
Ababeel missile program will play important role, and it can challenge S400 threat, we successfully tested Ababeel missiles , we need to mature this technology to counter this threat.

There does not exist a problem that a belligerent people under the command of an honest man cannot solve.

No need to be timid just because your enemy has a new shiny toy. Like all other tech this will also become obsolete.

What Pakistan needs is a blind, brutal, ruthless and merciless law and justice system. Once Pakistan has that, no system that India gets will help them much in the long run.

For Pakistan it is imperative to ensure that Modi keeps getting reelected in India for next few decades. It is important for Pakistan to ensure that Hindutva in its full form and meaning is implemented in India. The system inside a Hindu temple needs to be encouraged so it spreads and becomes the absolute law of the land in India There is no need to explain why. But Pakistan needs to make sure at all costs that Modi stays and rules India for a few decades at the minimum.

Continue the R&D cooperation with the Chinese and any and all other countries no matter what. Try to maintain the relationship with the USA and the West.

What does a justice system have anything to do with any of these entities. ISIS is and was an operation of several intelligence agencies and capitals from around the world. Their game plan worked out perfectly.

If a justice system isn't blind, then you will have different law for different people based on who they are and how much money they have. And those who differentiate between the strong and the weak when delivering justice are soon destroyed by the Creator of the universes.
