I think the war is on the brink.

I wasn't sure, but all countires 'allied' to the US telling their nationals to leave ? It really seems like war. One carrier group is enough for a 'threat', two are really for a conflict. It has never been this close to a war with Iran.

I saw that. Tbh, im actually shocked Iran is showing and taking this level of confidence. This tells me that Iran has told regional countries it is going to act up, and the US is willing to allow it act up to a certain threshold...or Iran doesnt feel deterred enough to not act up regionally in reaction to US's recent squeeze on Iran.

If you understand ME military affairs, you will know that Iran knows what the US has to muster to give Iran a serious military warning, and what the US brought so far, is not enough in Iran's perception. Iran still has ALOT of military power available now compared to what the US has brought closer to Iran's borders. These are interesting times. Trump's military bluffs will eventually get called out by at least 1 country. hold me to to that.

Yes the good thing is there were no casualties. But causing casualties was not the intension as well I think. I don't know who did it if Iran did it then they wanted to send USA a message and this will make USA clear Iraq quicker.
If someone else did it then they want to start a war.

The Trump administration is looking for a propaganda victory for re-election. North Korea was too dangerous. Venezuela was too resistant. Syria was ineffectual. An air and naval punitive operation on Iran is the "best" combination of propaganda value and victory probability. They are just trying to convince the Europeans to get onboard now.

All those countries you mentioned have been supported by Iran ....their power combined is nothing to compare to Iran which faces all sort of pressure ...& on re-election thing, war with Iran would guarantee Trump & republican farewell to oval office ...& since when the american regime ever needed getting Europeans onboard? since Iraq?
