The point isn’t to match the inoculation technique it’s to increase antibodies. Antibodies only work as long as the virus is in the blood once it starts going inside the cells then antibodies don’t help

In inoculation you are hoping that body will produce antibodies on its own after seeing a weakened virus.
In mRNA vaccine the MRNA strand directly goes into the immune cell converts into the viral protein and the antibody production is rapid

Again I already said it’s irrelevant. The booster doesn’t need to be of the same nature because the end goal is to increase antibodies somehow

even if the inoculation protein and the coded proteins are different still it’s ok

Amid a sharp spike in COVID cases despite high levels of vaccination in the country, the island nation of Bahrain has started giving Pfizer-BioNTech booster shots to vulnerable residents who had taken the full vaccine of the state-owned Chinese drug maker Sinopharm.

Bahrain has fully vaccinated 47 percent of its people, more than the 41 percent vaccination rate in the US or the 38 percent in the UK. In India, however, only about 4.7 percent of the country’s 950 million adult population have been given both doses, Al Jazeera reported.
So far, Sinopharm accounts for 60 percent of Bahrain’s vaccination. Waleed Khalifa al Manea, Bahrain’s undersecretary of health, said over 90 percent of people hospitalised in the current wave had not been vaccinated, The Washington Journal reported.
However, Dr al Manea added that since residents above the age of 50, are obese or have chronic illnesses, they are now being urged to get another shot of the Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine, six months after the full Sinopharm vaccination.

Another country that comes to mind where china vaccine failed is seychelles..even UAE and other countries have expressed their anger on the inefficacy of this china vaccine....nspite of china vaccines failure pakistan is still continuing with it

Seychelles got 100,000 doses of the Oxford Astra-Zeneca vaccineand just 50K from sinopharm.

BAHRAIN innoculated just 6-7 % of population ;and that includes both pfizer/sinopharm,it's amazing how media are spinning the narrative into blaming Chinese vaccines when 93% of the population in unvaccinated.

You must have been living under rocks for too long. As of yesterday, Bahrain has inoculated 60.57% of her population. The number of shots take is 111% of her population, which means pretty much everyone that has been inoculated has taken both shots.

The good news is that the infection rate in Bahrain has been free falling since Jun 1st. Only a little bit damped in Chile. Not sure what to make of it. Could be due to the ban of visitors from certain countries.

I mixed up 2 articles,but bahrain was one of the first nations to ship ,pfizer/astrazenica ,,y,and back then the inoculation rate wasn't high,95% of those infected was found to be unvaccinated .

Real world effectiveness of different vaccines can only be understood after a year or so. Thus far, Pfizer seems have won the PR campaign around vaccines. But recent reports of myocarditis have made us realize that even Pfizer is not the perfect answer.

Russian vaccines seem to have an unfair bad rep. Unlike the Chinese vaccines, the Russian vaccine has shown higher efficacy.
