China needs a war to reconfirm its current power ranking. Fighting with Britain is the best choice. It will not affect the Asian economic circle. Off course we can do rough assumption, as long as there's no data on the precision of the said missile. I mean yeah it's a hypersonic DF but it could have a CEP of at least 10 meter. Who knows.
