DTH: well if having DTH is a prime criteria for being rich then well average Pakistani is then richer than average Indian BECAUSE

Now why Pakistan still does not have one??

Because of Red tapeism by the bureaucracy though we have been trying to launch legal DTH since 2003.

Now once again it has been proposed and hopefully Pakistan will get it early next year that is 2017.

Apparently the median wealth of Kazakhstan is 889 USD.....with GDP per adult of 22,000 USD.

Median wealth of Ukraine is similarly 166 USD with nominal GDP per adult twice that of India.

If you actually read the details behind how Credit Suisse estimated wealth (and the drawbacks they mention to their methodology and analysis)...you would know why this is the case.

You have doubts about any ranking that Places Pakistan above India .
