Apart from tracking and detections, this hypersonic thing is made of very complex composite material that can withstand up to 2000 degree celcius while entering the atmosphere. Does such laser weapon exist to penetrate this sort of body which can absorb light wavelength?

Laser cannot penetrate cloud. Cloud level is usually 2 km. It takes Avangard a fraction of a second to travel 2 km. So how do you think laser can stop Avangard?
