i) If the order is given to "Find, track and kill targets at the specified coordinates" and these drones cannot distinguish between surrendered and non-surrendered persons (or civillian persons), it is a war crime.

ii) If these drones have this separation ability, the situation should be examined in detail.

iii) If it is said to "find and track targets at the specified coordinates and wait for my command", it is a simple fire-and-forget operation and not worth discussing.
