This game is still on. I have been seeing this negotiations going on for years. Hope something finalizes soon.
Even if they supply he the uranium do we have the nuclear reactors ready to use them or do they directly go into storage and await for eternity.

There will be no impact.

Australia has pissed off China recently on matters such as Japan, ADIZ, Hauwei, etc, and there have been no repercussions. Tony Abbot has publicly stated that "China trades with Australia because it benefits China".

Obviously China is no altruistic, it is working in Australia because it benefits china.

Completely Agree! No offence intended. China can threaten Pakistan, which is dependent both economically and Militarily. But not Australia. China needs Australian mines.

Of course Pak will be concerned....India is their allegedly hostile neighbour.

Agreed, that Australian Uranium maybe for civilian use. But when two neighbours are hostile to each other, whatever one does (even if it maybe a simple, normal, innocent or routine move), the other will look at it suspiciously. It's just plain human nature. We'd do the same thing.
