Australian bushfires: Western Sydney the 'hottest place on Earth'

I'm referring more to the heat rather than the bushfire

Although bushfires are a unfortunate consequence if the temperatures start getting HOTTER then it becomes unbearable to live and all humans and animals start to suffer especially if water becomes a issue

Well the heat is the least of Australia problem. Most coastal area are quite cool, and this is where most people reside. It's only inland area or out back area goes that hot.

It was 49C (actually 48.2C) in Penrith where I lives (Which is about 50km from Sydney), but out in Sydney, it's 35C

And yes, rain (or water) is the bigger issue than temperature

Almost 50 Celsius in Australia today

I have a old work friend who went to Australia 10-15 years ago, she sent out a FB post saying the heat is currently unbearable

If it dips then fine

But if every year Australia starts getting months of +45c weather then what?

Still, I think it's untasteful to do that, I mean, you can ask her directly or find another more light hearted post to confront her, but this is people suffering in natural disaster, it's like talking about how NZ turn back people (They did the same the Aussie did) on a thread about White Island Eruption.

My post may seem untasteful but that depends upon the context on how you view it. Do I take pleasure in witnessing the destruction of property, wildlife and human cost in Australia? No. I wanted to show her a mirror. When you act arrogant and look down upon other people with a different skin color and ethnicity then God will bring you back to reality. I didn't tag any other Australian member on this forum but called her out specifically for the reasons mentioned above.

@DavidsSling

I guess karma is a bitch don't you think. You were laughing at the plight of immigrants in Australia when a cop was bullying them. I remember when you said the immigrants should return to their shithole countries. Now Australia has become a raging shithole how does that make you feel:)

Yeah and I am still laughing, we don't need more immigrants from shitty countries in Australia.

How do you put out bush fire? You can't, the only way to deal with Bush Fire is by back burning the area surround the Bush Fire, when you back burn it enough, there are nothing to feed the bush fire. Another thing people can do is wait for rain, which I would say is good luck in January during Australian Summer

Speaking of which, it hits 49C today where I lives.

Melbourne is cooler today the temp is around 22 degrees and its raining but we need to a lot more rain to help our brave firefighters.

These people are the tue Aussie heroes our police, fireys, ambulance workers are all heroes in my book.

It seems you haven't learned the lesson of humility. Please keep laughing so that karma will become a bitch again and put you in your place.

This is the fault of the incompetent murican slaves leading the australian government denying climate change and the racists white devils down under who enjoys destroying the environment. Your ally trump will send tissue rolls as aid just like what he did in puerto rico.

.
australia is spreading Islamophobia among its public ,instead they should focus on climate problems and stop promotion of hate against Muslims otherwise will be punished by ALLAH ALMIGHTY with more such calamities
