I'm referring more to the heat rather than the bushfire
Although bushfires are a unfortunate consequence if the temperatures start getting HOTTER then it becomes unbearable to live and all humans and animals start to suffer especially if water becomes a issue
Well the heat is the least of Australia problem. Most coastal area are quite cool, and this is where most people reside. It's only inland area or out back area goes that hot.
It was 49C (actually 48.2C) in Penrith where I lives (Which is about 50km from Sydney), but out in Sydney, it's 35C
And yes, rain (or water) is the bigger issue than temperature
