Its a sad thread relating to the hideous act of school kids losing their lives on a bus attacked by animals whoever they are and from wherever. These are the type of incidents that defy explanation as to why Taliban would do this? And begs the question if foreign states were involved or not.

The most recent proved example is of CIA putting Pakistani children in harms way through Dr. Afridi. So for foreign states too going after Children is no big deal.
