I met General Ham in Mosul in 2004(?) when he commanded a Stryker brigade. He only had one star then. He was very determined, professional and very respectful of others' cultures and religions. I would not want to be the target of his forces.

Using air force against armed rebels is not a crime. I did not see evidence of Kaddafi deliberately/indiscriminately bombing civilian population.

Rebels never have air forces. Using excessive force always a crime. Why didn't EAF do the same?

Attacks on Libya shows American hypocrisy. They are attacking Qaddafi but there doing nothing in Yemen and Bahrain. Both are also killing there citizen.

closest forum I can think of is militaryphotos.net. Their thread (titled 'Libya Unrest') is doing pretty well with updates.

Its a pro-America forum though (even in its little forum guide) so if you absolutely hate those views you've been warned.

Why people can't just freely express their opinion on the American forum?
