The world turns a blind eye because of many reasons.
This is a bilateral issue between India and Pakistan.
Pakistan itself does not have a good record of human rights.(they were not even allowed to become members on the board of the UN human rights commission)
Today India is amongst one of the largest economies , Pakistan is not!!(sad truth , money talks)
India does not distinguish between good and bad terrorists. The days when you could argue that these are freedom fighters has past. with rising attacks in the west , people there have had enough , even the slaughter caused in Muslim countries by ISIS has not helped , most view and militant organisation with a jaundice eye.

I could go on but i doubt many would even see the point i am trying to make .

World would keep turning blind eye until it is in their best interest to keep doing that. Make it in world's best interest to resolve Kashmir and they would do it - sure thing.

How can you make it happen?
You got to work on yourself, make yourself better, make yourself involved, make it in your best interest first. When Mian Shareef is sitting as you PM, it is not in his best interest to talk of Kashmir as this would deprive him from Indian and Amerian support which is his lifeline.

Second, take this as your own personal responsibility to spread the message of Kashmir and talk so much that India, Facebook and every other social media despite their best interest are still unable to suppress the message.

That is historical crap most of the Kashmiris converted from local Pandits like my ancestors centuries back during British rule they sold out Kashmir to Hindu Dogra an since then these native Muslim population started struggle against the Dogra Raj which still continuous till date.
