Why the attacks takje place in Peshawar repeatedly? If one city is very vulnerable to attack than security should be beefed up.

Because KPK govt is more busy in criticising Nawaz Sharif and his party then doing something actually to solve this problem. The rest of the provinces have done a lot of to curb this problem but KPK govt is still doing literally nothing.

There are operations daily in Karachi or Baluchistan or Punjab resulting in deaths of terrorists. But you would rarely hear operations inside KPK that actually result in deaths or arrest of terrorists.
