The reason is very simple. These two are some of the most productive and young ministers in the cabinet of KPK govt. They have been doing a great job of integrating ex-FATA area into the mainstream and thus snatching even the last straws from this Gashteen and his Pashhtoon Terrorist Movement. So they and their masters in NDS decided to remove these two ministers from their way.
