This is a very high profile incident. Which is purposefully being portrayed as a personal feud in attempt to cover it up. The main accused is president bar council and a close aide of ptm. The martyred ATC judge must have given verdict against some of the ttp scum.

Hats off to some of the posters on this forum as well who support these kind of anti state moles in our judiciary. A blind person can see their hate and anti state and army pattern of these people in our judiciary. Remember how many terrorists are freed by judiciary, this is how the elements/foreign agencies backing destabilization and funding terrorism control judiciary. The groups in media propagating missing persons propaganda. The are all part of a highly sophisticated network.

Judges like faiz essa, what was the name of other shaukat siddiqui etc. That openly sympathize with anti state elements.

سانحہ پی ایس پاکستان یا شائد دنیا کی تاریخ میں بچوں پر کیا گیا سب سے بھیانک حملہ تھا۔ اس میں ملوث کرداروں کو پاک فوج نے انجام تک پہنچایا۔ کچھ کو زندہ گرفتار کیا ان کو آرمی عدالتوں نے موت کی سزائیں سنائیں۔
لطیف آفریدی صاحب سپریم کورٹ گئے اور اپیل دائر کی کہ آرمی عدالتیں آئین اور قانون سے متصادم ہیں لہذا "تیکنیکی بنیادوں" پر دہشتگردوں کی سزائیں معطل کی جائیں۔ سپریم کورٹ نے یہ اپیل منظور کرتے ہوئے سینکڑوں پشتون بچوں کو مارنے والے چار دہشتگردوں کی سزائیں معطل کر دیں۔ ان چار میں سے ایک قاری زبیر تھا جس نے نوشہرہ میں ایک مسجد بھی نمازیوں سمیت اڑائی تھی۔
لطیف افریدی کی خواہش تھی کہ ان دہشتگردوں کا کیس پشاور کی عدالتیں سنیں جہاں جسٹس وقار سیٹھ بیٹھا ہے۔

سابقہ فاٹا وادی تیراہ سے تعلق رکھنے والا لطیف آفریدی زمانہ طالب علمی سے کٹر سرخا اور پاکستان مخالف تھا۔ سیاسی سرگرمیوں کی وجہ سے یونیورسٹی سے بھی نکالا گیا۔ اے این پی کا سرگرم کارکن تھا۔

یہ 80ء کی دہائی میں اے این پی کی دہشتگرد تنظیم کا حصہ تھا جو افغانستان سے پاکستان میں دہشتگردانہ حملے کر رہی تھی۔
اجمل خٹک، افراسیاب خٹک اور نجم سیٹھی جیسے دہشتگردوں کی طرح اس نے بھی عام معافی پائی۔
چند بار جیل ضرور گیا اور وکیل ہونے کی بنا پر فوراً باہر بھی آگیا۔

یہ عاصمہ جہانگیر کا سب سے قریبی ساتھی مانا جاتا تھا۔
پرویز مشرف کے خلاف افتخار چودھری کی وکلاء تحریک کا سرکردہ راہنما تھا اور پشاور سے وکلاء کی کمانڈ یہ کرتا تھا۔

پاک فوج سے اپنی نفرت کے لیے مشہور ہے۔

اس نے فضل ایڈوکیٹ نامی سرخے کے ساتھ ملکر جسٹس وقار سیٹھ کی عدالت سے باجوڑ کے 102 سزایافتہ دہشتگردوں کو رہائی دلائی۔ جن میں سے آدھے سے زیادہ واپس افغانستان بھاگ گئے اور دوبارہ ایکٹیو ہوگئے۔
جب کہ اکتوبر 2018ء کو اسی وقار سیٹھ کی عدالت سے لطیف آفریدی نے 74 مزید سزایافتہ دہشتگردوں کو چھڑایا۔
جسٹس وقار سیٹھ نے ان کے علاوہ بھی 68 دہشتگردوں کی ایک پوری کھیپ کو چھوڑ دیا تھا گمان ہے کہ ان کا وکیل بھی یہی تھا۔

سی آئی اے کے لیے پاکستان میں جاسوسی کا اعتراف کرنے والے سزایافتہ غدار شکیل آفریدی کا وکیل بھی لطیف آفریدی ہے۔

پی ٹی ایم کے کیسز لطیف آٖفریدی مفت لڑتا ہے۔ پاکستان کو ٹکڑے کرنے، پاک فوج پر لوگوں کو حملوں کے لیے اکسانے، چیک پوسٹوں پر حملے کرنے اور پنجاب پر بموں سے حملوں جیسے اعلانات کے باؤجود پی ٹی ایم راہنماؤوں کو یہ ہمیشہ چھڑا لیتا ہے۔

موصوف کئی نام نہاد "مسنگ پرسنز" کے بھی وکیل ہیں۔ جن میں سے اکثر بعد میں یا حملے کرتے ہوئے نمودار ہوتے ہیں یا گلالئی اسمعیل کی طرح کسی مغربی ملک کی نیشنلٹی کے ساتھ اچانک برآمد ہوجاتے ہیں۔

لطیف آفریدی کے بارے میں مشہور ہے کہ آپ کسی بھی طرح پاکستان یا پاک فوج مخالف کسی سرگرمی میں ملوث ہوں۔ یہ آپ کا مقدمہ مفت لڑ سکتا ہے۔ اسان لفظوں میں دہشتگردوں اور غداروں کا پاکستان میں سب سے بڑا وکیل۔

جسٹس فائز عیسی کے پاس لندن میں دولت کے انبار برآمد ہوئے اور ان سے سوال کیا گیا تو لطیف آفریدی نے سوال کرنے والوں پر سخت تنقید کی اور صدر پاکستان سے سوال کرنے پر استعفی دینے کا مطالبہ کیا۔

موصوف کے حوالے سے سوشل میڈیا پر پوسٹیں گردش کر رہی ہیں کہ سخت شرابی اور بدمعاش مشہور ہیں۔ واللہ اعلم سچ ہے یا جھوٹ۔

لطیف آفریدی اس وقت سپریم کورٹ بار کے صدر ہیں۔
وہ چھ بار پشاور ہائی کورٹ بار ایسوسی ایشن کے صدر رہ چکے ہیں۔ پاکستان بار کونسل کے نائب صدر بھی رہ چکے ہیں اور ہیومن رائٹس کمیشن آف پاکستان کے ممبر بھی ہیں۔

موصوف اس وقت بیٹے سمیت ایک جج اسکی بیوی اور پھول جیسے بچوں کو قتل کرنے کے مقدمے میں نامزد ہیں۔

جانی خیل میں ایک دہشتگرد گروپ کے لڑکوں کو دوسرے گروپ نے مارا تو سارے سرخوں نے رنڈی رونا ڈال دیا کہ بچے مارے گئے ہیں۔ ریاست اور پاک فوج کو گالیاں دیں۔
لیکن صوابی میں ان معصوم بچوں کے مبینہ قاتل کی ڈٹ کا حمایت کر رہے ہیں۔ نہ کوئی مذمت اور نہ کوئی دھرنا۔
