Killing Women and Children? how low these cockroaches can get ?

It may be a pashtun rivalry.
In pashtuns when they get revenge of some sort they don't leave kids alive so after they grow up they won't come to revenge their fathers death or cause problems for them. The revenge is considered incomplete if they leave the male members in their family.
