You are lying. The first deadly strike was against Turkish convoy on 3 February, killing 7 soldiers + 1 civilian contractor.
Second deadly strike was on 10 February against another convoy killing 5 servicemen:
Only after these two strikes Turkey allowed to use MANPADS. Shooting first helicopter on 11 February and second on 14 February.

Well , we still didn't enter the battle... if Houthis could target KSA air field and industrial base while is under blocked and bombardment after 5 years, then Syrian army can repeat the same with Iran direct help ....
But right now we want to avoid all out war ... but our Turkish friends consider our patient as sign of weakness ...
Our priority is stabilized Syria situation and then, deal with the little cancer .... Start direct conflict with Turks push us away from our strategic and long terms goals ... v

Pantsir S1 is was only deployed there to target drones used by terrorist ,
Pantsir S1 can’t defend it self against F16 it can’t even target F16 fire back,
The system is very short range system and mainly used as AA gun.
