Assad’s Syria truncated, battered _ but defiant

In order for for syria to rid itself of assad. People like Mr sobhi needs to be cleansed first before the alawites. It's 4 years and assad and their supporters are starting to get tired while the rebel forces haven't even rolled their sleeve yet for the a war they said they are ready to fight for 100 years. Mr sobhi i wish from my bottom of my heart The al Nusra front or any of their Union of the islamic fronts allies get their hands on you. No need to regret pushing your son to fight for assad face it like a champ and when the time comes take it like a man.

@WebMaster @Jungibaaz how is this member openly supporting murderers and nato puppets??

There is a difference between free will support and support under a gun, the vast majority of sunni's loathe the alawites and shia religion.

How can you support them under a gun if your the one carrying the gun ( soldier ), you'll have to deal with it that many Sunnis side with the regime, not just in Syria.

the Syrian government has every right to fight terrorism wherever it is found... we will fight until Syria is cleansed from those terrorists...
What’s your solution to the civil war?

I can’t see Syria ever becoming a normal state again with Assad/the current government in power. What Syria needs is a new inclusive democratic, secular government and even than it would take many years or even decades for Syria to normalize as a state again. Or you can keep hoping in killing off the other side which is just not going to happen.

w****bi ideology gets a free pass on here. This guy doesn't want the war to end, just want minorities purged.

Syrian government many times tried to mediate dialogue.

like you said a "soldier" carrying a gun. what happens if this soldier refused to fight would he be left alone or killed like many who reefused to do when the revolution started. remember that bashar stopped sunni's from fighting in the front line when half his army defected in less than 2 years.

solution is simple, the west and their puppets must stop arming and supporting terrorism in Syria... Syrian army restores order in Syria... after peace is restored the Syrian people can deal with Alasad staying or leaving, as of now Alasad is the best solution and we Syrians know what is best for Syria...

You know very well that Assad won’t leave or step down without a push or a bullet. The fact that he hasn't left after 3 years of a brutal civil war, thousands of his own people being killed and millions becoming refugees, just shows you how power hungry he and his family are. The simple fact is that Syria needs a fresh start with Assad gone. For Syria to ever heal the wounds to this conflict and to restore some kind of normality.

isn't it a lot better for western leaders and their puppets to leave power?? it is because of them that syria has problems... why should assad step down... it was not him who invited ikhwaan/qaeda/taliban/jemah to come kill syrians... assad is a hero because he has not stepped down from presidency... he has been a real leader... unlike western bloc leaders who can only repeat "yes we can"...

the war in syria is because of invasion... it is no "civil war".

Only Syrians decide the fate of Alasad, and we Syrians have spoken since the beginning Alasad is staying for now... it is not the business of British or American and etc to say Alasad must leave or stay, Syrians only and only Syrians have a say... and if Syrians wanted Alasad gone, he would have been gone long time ago... the ones that are killing Syrians are foreign terrorists sponsored by the west and their puppets...

every political leader speaks, but honestly, bashar al-assad speaks so well... i have seen his interviews to a hostile western ( european ) male journalist as well as to a friendly "russia today" female correspondent... in both cases he is not careless or impatient... very few world leaders can speak like him... and if you know the "male european journalist" interview i am talking of, that fellow actually threatened bashar and his family with death towards the end of the interview... but bashar handled it quite well.

bashar's interviews reminds me of another hero... moussa ibrahim, spokesman of the libyan jamahiriya in 2011... watch his interview with bbc hardtalk's stephen sackur... watch the bbc man deliver death threats at the end...

(
)... part 1.
(

it shows how western journalism brainwash people, he wouldn't even let him talk about his own country, the journalist keep mentioning fake reports and he think those reports are more credible than the Libyan people expression... the so called "Libyan revolution" is nothing but NATO revolution to steal Libya's wealth, France already gets 35% of Libya's oil for free to cover the NATO invasion cost... and Libya now is in great debt to the west, Gaddafi fought the west and now Libya is in debt and have to pay NATO for destroying Libya...

ah, yes... the costs for "reconstruction"... iraq is undergoing that phase... so is libya... and so they want syria to have...

nato destroys and nato gets paid for destroying... by the destroyed society... only western bloc leaders and their puppets can think of that as sane...

simple question? is it worth so many people to die for assad and his family to rule, even if he is truly democratic leader(if you say so)?

is not rotation of power, true democracy?

now the answer i will hear is that why isnot it being done in other arab countries ? but let at this moment stay focus with respect to syria
