Pass laws the curb judiciary power. Right now they are interfering in every aspect of running the country. To pass laws, you would need majority, and since the looters still hold majority, i doubt they will let law pass that will get rid of their "get out of jail card". But this is Pakistan, just last week we saw FAFT laws being passed. So there is hope.

You cant put this one on judiciary..Judiciary cant force the govt. to get him off ECL.

Bro no matter how much you try, Plmn went down the drain today for the boys. This fanfare will live for a few moments at most than the hammer will fall. Starting with 22nd Sept case hearing of NS. That will close the door for him forever.

All has to admit that when Army had chance to eliminate Nawas and his family during Mushys time they didnt. Result, Pakistan is paying the price. Same goes for Zardari/Bhuttos. The army needs sole searching and may require major overhaul in their thinking.

Those who let this crook escape must be brought to account.

A Chinese diplomat on Monday welcomed the Lahore High Court (LHC) orders to allow former prime minister Nawaz Sharif to travel abroad for treatment.
In a tweet, former Chinese embassy's DCM Lijian Zhao said, "This decision by the #LahoreHighCourt is a decision in need, thus a good decision indeed."



The LHC on Saturday asked the authorities to remove former prime pime minister 's name from the Exit Control List (ECL) without any conditions for a time period of four weeks.
In its decision, the LHC said that in case Sharif's health doesn't improve then the time-period can be extended.
The court observed that the government officials would be able to contact Sharif through the Pakistani embassy.

As I had stated before, if Nawaz was sincere “this time“ then why his party leaders were meeting Army officials right before APC and why was Zubair meeting with Army Officials throughout the year?

Zubair is a nobody to meet in his own capacity - he went there as per his masters request. And as far as we know Zubair belongs in Maryams camp, so this chuna of “oh you know its Shabaz sharif who is the establishment lackey but Nawaz and Maryam are pure and ideal” wont work here as well.

Now the purpose of these meetings is clear: to pursuade the army to intervene in judicial matters and obviously against IK govt who is driving an accountability campaign.
