The Government of India has a policy of not engaging with Pakistan until support for terrorism stops. The impact on cricket is:

1. Pakistani players are not allowed in IPL and Indian players not allowed in Pakistan's league.
2. India will not tour Pakistan for bilateral series
3 India will not host Pakistan for bilateral series
4. For tournaments involving India and Pakistan, India will refuse to play in Pakistan.

The BCCI does not have much leeway to deviate from this. They would have liked to host Pakistan and make big bucks , but they won't take on the government. The BCCI is rich enough to be able to take the financial loss. The PCB is not. That is the whole point. The Indian government wants to punish/insult/ humiliate Pakistan wherever possible until it stops supporting militants in Kashmir.

BCCI head Jay Shah is Son of Taklu Amit Shah, Modi main pick and a Hindutvadi, a Pakistan Hater...and in doing so they have got it, the Karma. Destroyed the Indian cricket with BJP politics, the Pakistan hatred in the game.

India BJP main point was Pakistan should not gain financially by hosting the Asia Cup, and to make PCB and Pakistan loose the broadcasting money by not hosting it, the main income is from the broadcasting rights of Media.

Everyone knows the lame excuses of India on law and order, with West Indies, Sri Lanka, New Zealand, and other team visiting Pakistan, in the current Asia cup Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Afghanistan, Nepal visiting Pakistan without any problem, why India has the problem.

India problem is that a failure of Pakistan is their success, hatred filled lowbrow, stooping to a lower level tactics.

When it comes to Pakistan the policy of India is always the same. BJP, Congress they are all not in favour of cricket matches, especially bilateral ones. It is not like that, Apart from traveling to and fro and blaming each other - Pakistan has benefited massively and played a lot of matches in Asia cup till now, that is what Pakistanis wanted to see, where as most games of India are all washed out, rained out, and left aside, a mainly side show spectator in ODI cricket, where as all Asia Cup teams: Nepal, Afghanistan, Bangladesh and Srilanka benefited alot too touring Pakistan, and got a chance to play all their matches in Pakistan till now successfully : also got a chance to fix their ODI teams and get game time, match time, experience and match enjoyment for crowds to support their teams.

All the teams except India has got all matches played, and that is what boards, players, broadcasters and the fans really want, great cricket competition - has been played till now. Except India, it has been a rained out spectator, really bad for Indian fans, BCCI till now.

Fact is PCB without India has successfully sustained for 15 years and more, and is one of the richer countries in cricket fraternity too.

The Asia teams should show support to side lined India overall, due to silly mistakes. Come on everyone!
