What's new

ashraf ghani humiliated as his speech is cut short at a gathering.

their accent is so weird..........it sounds gayish

Sounds "persianized". I would assume since Farsi is the prestige language in Kabul, Pashtuns would speak their language with a dari accent. Just me guessing completely as i speak neither language, but dari/farsi has a very distinct "gayish" sound lol.

I know right?!! Like wtf did I just listen to? It feels like they are mocking the language. When we speak its harsh and tough like German or Russian, when the kaubli speak it's like a fu*ked up, Persianized version.

Actually pushto has changed In Pakistan very rapidly in last 30 years ...i dont see any problem with their pushto. This is why Pakistani pushto sounds now different than afghani pushto but even pushto of south and north is so different that native speakers have problem in understanding.

The news is mostly in Dari though

this guy hasn't just f*ked up the pushto language, apart from the gay accent he also gestures like a gay
