I think the point here is that Indian media were denying to the point of mocking the thought of the drone originating from India. The recent release of media files have proved otherwise.

Just because it is available to the civilians doesn't mean the military won't use it to their advantage. The pillars of espionage are easy to hide (small size of the drone), and easy to deny (it's Chinese made, therefore people would think the army can't get their hands on it).

From the rifle muzzle shown in the picture extracted from the copter , it looks like some indian soldier standing

The gun muzzle looks like the rifles used by the indian army , there are three holes along the sides and some groveing a little below.

Actually Ary showed the whole video when it took off from Indian border. TOO BAD THEY FORGOT THAT THERE IS A CAMERA ON BOARD.

The plaque on the entrance reads

"Constructed by 13 Mahar"

The Mahar Regiment is an Infantry regiment of the indian Army

I bet you , the indian CO of 13 Mahar is gonna get reprimanded for this fiasco

indian military refused that it was theirs.. indian media came up with a gay story that it belonged to Pak Punjab police (without realising that punjab is a few hundred miles from LOC - and Punjab or even AJK police don't even operate along the LOC).

How embarrasing for the indians, not that they got found out that was always going to happen but that they are down to using Ebay quadcopters while we are using sophisticated drones and even have the bird drones in the making. If the indians escalate on the border we should be able to take the entire BSF and Army infrastructure out.
