but forgot that new Pakistan have new friends Russia, Germany, as well with China, Turkey, Saudia .

China, Turkey, Saudia are age old friend .. been there in 65 , 71 etc etc !! Germany ? any particular reason ?

You are dead wrong here. She did not complied as she need not be asked.

If your memory is sharp enough, you would remember that Bangladesh boycotted SAARC home minister summit, even when India attended. Also, boycotting SAARC summit was originally Afghan idea which they floated on 20th September. It is no surprise that they too are not coming.

Bangladesh and Afghanistan want to stick it up to Pakistan even more than India want to do the same to Pakistan. They do not need external motivation for doing so.

BD dropping out of SAARC is no surprise or a mystery; was expected and a given reality. What remains to be seen is Afghanistan's possible India betrayal. On Raheel Sharif's visit to Germany, Afghanistan army chief stood side-by-side Pakistan military on regional security & co-operation. Killing of TTP leader in Afghanistan is a proof of this progress; Afghanistan might end up joining Pakistan at SAARC conference.

You are 100% Wrong. Even if Modi had attended SAARC, HASINA wouldn't. Did she atrend D8 few days back?

We all knew that She wouldn't visit Pakistan. Modi's one is a recent development. Her propagandists even urged people to boycott Planes that fly over Pakistan Territory and you expect her to attend SAARC? Modi is irrelevant.
